1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this, we may not be able to cancel your order.
  • Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once production starts.

2. Refund Policy

  • We offer refunds only for damaged or defective products.
  • To request a refund, send an email with order details and photos of the product within 48 hours of receiving it.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for defective products only.
  • Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
