1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this, we may not be able to cancel your order.
- Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once production starts.
2. Refund Policy
- We offer refunds only for damaged or defective products.
- To request a refund, send an email with order details and photos of the product within 48 hours of receiving it.
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for defective products only.
- Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
4. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
