• Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (custom orders may take longer).
• Delivery time varies based on location, typically 5-15 business days within India.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges apply based on the delivery location.
• Free shipping is available for orders in Falakata (Pickup Only).

3. International Shipping

• We currently do not offer international shipping.

4. Delayed or Lost Packages

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us.
• We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
